Lakhani Coaching is actively seeking inspirational coaches who are experts in their field.

More than anything else, our instructors act as ambition role models. Seasoned experts in their areas of instruction, our coaches hail from the best universities in the world, have scored in the 99th percentile on standardized tests, and possess as many as seventeen years experience teaching in a one-on-one setting.

We're looking for expert instructors who love to inspire young people and who have at least three years teaching or tutoring experience. This is not an entry-level role.

Our positions are based in New York though we will consider remote candidates.

About the Role

As our Summer MBA Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of shaping and executing Lakhani Coaching’s marketing strategy. You’ll drive initiatives across social media, influencer partnerships, and traditional media outreach, while collaborating directly with senior leadership to help design the firm’s long-term marketing blueprint.

This is a full-time, fully remote role designed for an entrepreneurial individual ready to think boldly, move quickly, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

  • Influencer Campaigns: Identify, build, and manage partnerships with high-caliber influencers in education, parenting, and lifestyle sectors.

  • Traditional Media: Develop content and pitches for outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg TV, CNBC, and others.

  • Brand Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to refine our brand voice, positioning, and storytelling across all client touchpoints.

  • Analytics: Track and report campaign performance metrics; provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Marketing Plan Development: Contribute meaningfully to the creation of a refreshed marketing roadmap for 2025–2026.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a top MBA program, with a concentration in Marketing, Strategy, or Entrepreneurship.

  • Prior experience in marketing, media, consulting, luxury goods, or high-end services strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional communicator — skilled at storytelling, copywriting, and brand positioning.

  • Digitally native — fluent in social media platforms, influencer trends, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.

  • Creative thinker with analytical rigor — able to ideate bold campaigns and back them up with strong execution plans.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit — comfortable operating independently, taking ownership, and moving quickly in a dynamic environment.

  • Mission-driven — passionate about education, human growth, and excellence.
