Lakhani Coaching is actively seeking inspirational coaches who are experts in their field.

More than anything else, our instructors act as ambition role models. Seasoned experts in their areas of instruction, our coaches hail from the best universities in the world, have scored in the 99th percentile on standardized tests, and possess as many as seventeen years experience teaching in a one-on-one setting.

We're looking for expert instructors who love to inspire young people and who have at least three years teaching or tutoring experience. This is not an entry-level role.

We offer strong hourly earnings, flexible scheduling, the chance to work virtually with clients from across the globe, and the opportunity for occasional travel—this in addition to a positive, supportive work environment.  

Our positions are 100% remote.

A strong candidate will possess:

  • Clarity in communication

  • Eagerness to work with students of all personality types and nationalities, as well as with parents and firm administrators

  • Strong writing skills

  • The ability to create structure in an unstructured environment

  • Great enthusiasm and positivity

  • Advanced degrees are a plus
